These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Member," "User," or "You") and jiji999 ("jiji999," "the Platform," "We," or "Us"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at jiji999.app. By registering an account, accessing any portion of the platform, or placing any wager, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

jiji999 is a PAGCOR-licensed online gambling platform operating for Filipino players aged 21 and above. This Agreement, together with the jiji999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitutes the complete legal framework governing your relationship with jiji999.

To register and maintain a jiji999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing all licensed online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located within, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of jiji999 or any entity within its corporate group.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gambling regulatory authority.
• You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing jiji999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jiji999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements — or any misrepresentation of your eligibility — will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled wagers during the ineligible period, and forfeiture of any related funds to the extent permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

2.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jiji999 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jiji999 may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances and wager history.

2.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any third party. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. jiji999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

2.4 KYC Verification. jiji999 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures. KYC documentation — including a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification — is required before jiji999 will process any withdrawal request. jiji999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.

2.5 Account Transfers. jiji999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any associated balance to any other person or entity.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiji999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at jiji999's discretion.

3.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are credited to your jiji999 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant Philippine financial institution. jiji999 does not guarantee specific deposit processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.

3.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed during the deposit process and are subject to change.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification (Clause 2.4) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• No outstanding wagering requirements on any bonus funds included in the withdrawal amount.
• A minimum withdrawal amount as specified on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal to a payment method in the registered member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

3.5 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant Philippine bank. 3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. jiji999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration charge to dormant account balances as disclosed at the time of account registration. 4.1 Eligibility and Opt-In. Bonuses and promotional offers available on jiji999 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are communicated clearly at the time each offer is presented. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of both this Agreement and the specific terms attached to that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a jiji999 account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game categories, minimum bet per round, and promotion expiry date are disclosed per individual promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

4.3 Abuse and Fraud Prevention. jiji999 employs fraud detection systems to identify and investigate suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that do not constitute genuine wagering activity in order to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated exploitation of promotional structures. jiji999 reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where abuse is substantiated.

4.4 VIP Program. The jiji999 VIP loyalty program operates under supplementary terms published on the VIP program page. Participation in the VIP program is at the discretion of jiji999, and tier status may be adjusted, suspended, or revoked in accordance with those terms.

4.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. jiji999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially prejudice the interests of members who have already validly claimed and commenced wagering on the affected offer.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jiji999 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game.

5.2 Random Number Generation. All software-based games on jiji999 utilise independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. RNG systems are tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. jiji999 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

5.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects game integrity or bet settlement, jiji999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error or malfunction may be voided.

5.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on jiji999 are settled in accordance with the sports betting rules published on the platform. Settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In-play bets accepted after an outcome has occurred — due to delayed data feeds or technical issues — may be voided at jiji999's discretion.

5.5 Dispute Resolution — Bets. If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant bet settlement time. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered. jiji999's decision, following internal review, is final subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiji999 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registration by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any platform transaction.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games or multiplayer formats.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the jiji999 platform as a mechanism to place, layer, or integrate proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks on deposits that have been wagered on the platform.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct directed at jiji999 employees, support agents, or other members.
• Any activity that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or other applicable regulations.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools. All jiji999 members have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session notifications and hard cut-offs.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a specified time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiji999 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of jiji999.

9.1 Service Availability. jiji999 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary service interruption. jiji999 is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 Exclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiji999 excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits — arising from your use of the platform, except where such exclusion would be unlawful.

9.3 Cap on Liability. Where jiji999's liability to you cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total net deposits made by you to jiji999 in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss, that you are wagering voluntarily, and that jiji999 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10.1 By jiji999. jiji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement; request from a competent authority; or where continued account operation poses a risk to platform integrity.

10.2 By You. You may close your jiji999 account at any time by submitting a closure request to jiji999 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed and pending transactions settled. Verified balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method subject to applicable processing conditions.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to access and use the jiji999 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter as amended), applicable PAGCOR regulations, Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of jiji999, you agree to first seek resolution through jiji999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved through that process within a reasonable time, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution mechanism prior to any judicial proceedings. Any judicial proceedings shall be brought before the appropriate courts within the Republic of the Philippines.

jiji999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered members via the contact details held in their account profile, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jiji999 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 10.2.
